Dr. Emma Agger
(She/They/Ems)
At the moment, we’re working hard to get Dr. Emma on all insurance panels, but for now she’s available for time of service rates or out of network benefits Emma is a graduate of the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Prior to that, she worked as a chiropractic assistant for almost 10 years at her parents’ chiropractic clinic. Her passion lies in increasing access to healthcare for vulnerable communities. This passion drove her to create the Queer and Allies Club at her university, which has advocated for major structural changes at her school’s free clinic. For her efforts with this club, she was recently awarded the Student Scholar Designation, a distinction reserved for students who made meaningful contributions to the university outside of their chiropractic curriculum.
Emma most recently was an intern at Portland Chiropractic under Dr. Noel Snodgrass. During this time, she learned a diverse array of soft-tissue manipulation as well as a broader selection of adjusting techniques. While she is drawn to helping all patients, she specializes in support for hypermobile patients, a clearly underserved and misunderstood population. She will be connecting with people wanting support in becoming more active, calm, and joyful about life while managing their pain.
Outside of her chiropractic practice, she works part-time as a singer in two local choirs. She spends her free time making music with her friends, thrifting artwork, and hanging out with her partner and their two cats, Hunter and Bucket.

LMT/ BCSI
Kyra loves what she does. She’s been a licensed massage therapist since May 2010, and in 2013 she was certified in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (formerly KMI). Receiving Structural Integration felt physically transformative for Kyra, and it made her feel more at home and vibrant in her body as a result of the work she had received. Kyra hopes to facilitate a similar experience for her clients. She loves continuing education, and is currently taking courses to become certified in both Neural and Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute.
Structural Integration is a manual therapy that organizes the web of fascia, or connective tissue, in its relationship to gravity. In practice, this means that natural twists, bends, shortenings and shifts that are the inevitable result of living and moving can unwind, and your body has a more harmonious relationship to itself. Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on bringing balance and ease to the whole body.m
Kyra grew up in the desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico, spent a few years on the East Coast to complete a B.A. in Comparative Literature, and found her way to Oregon in 2007. When she’s not in the office, she spends most of her free time training jiu-jitsu and growing flowers. She also skis, hangs out with her husband and dog, and reads too many books at once. Dr. Noel Snodgrass
Dr. Noel is an avid cyclist, father of daughters, solid BBQ’er, and cranky artist on occasion.
He’s lucky enough to have been blessed with an amazing spouse for multiple decades and wakes up daily thankful to spend another adventure with her.
Dr. Noel became a chiropractor as a second profession, so his background and personal experience in injuries (lots of them!), office work, IT architecture professional, and general outdoorsiness serve as a deep wellspring for understanding the human condition. In short, he’s broken and damaged a lot of himself, and the experience of recovery has given him an immense patience and understanding of what we can survive and how to thrive from it.
Treatment with Dr. Noel consists of much hands on time, and patients who engage and practice his prescribed changes are often startled at the speed of their recovery. No two sessions are ever the same.
He looks forward to learning all about you, and what can be done to improve your condition, all while enjoying an amazing view, and probably coffee. Okay, always coffee.

Sorry, No Kaiser or CHP benefits with Robin. The most frequent quote from people leaving Robin’s office is “Robin is awesome!” Usually followed by someone drinking a lot of water to flush the toxins released after their massage.
Robin is the proud parent of Peanut, our original office dog (small dog, thinks he’s a cat, or a horse, hard to tell) and she also hails from New York state. She recently purchased a house in Portland, and is enjoying all the fun that new home ownership brings. Anyone with a Home Depot card will understand that fully. She enjoys riding horses when not attending to her full menagerie of pets at home.
Robin’s massage style may involve cupping, hot stones, guasha and the occasional salt scrub when not settling deep in to sore or damaged muscle tissue. She also has a lovely touch with softer modalities for those not in need of deep work. Robin graduated from East West College in 2009 and has been practicing massage ever since. Her experience ranges from treating pregnancy complaints to professional athletes, stressed office workers to everyone who just needs to get their body to unwind. LMT License #16526
